“ Looking at the reviews, I don't know. Maybe I just caught 'em on a good day. Had the spaghetti, wasn't anything wrong with it. Service was great. In fact, everyone that was working in the place was friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and kept up. ”

I was desperate for a meal for myself as well as my environmental conscious vegetarian sister and even at that horrid hour of the morning Mia was available with a smile on her face ready to help me. “ This Country Pride is the best we have been to by far! Came in twice today and both times were fabulous. On our first time our waiter was attentive and funny. He was cleanly dressed and had such a positive attitude. My fiance ordered the chicken fired steak dinner. It was cook really well crispy yet not over done. Fries were actually seasoned. I ordered the chicken fried chicken dinner plate. Chicken was juicy and full of flavor. Rice was fresh and the loaded hashbrowns were perfect. On our second time dining here we came in an hour before closing (I know not so awesome of us lol) we sat down at a table that was actually in a closed section. The manager approached us and explained this but then said it was no problem he only wanted us to know so we understood why no one came to help us. We offered to move and he insisted we stay and took our drink orders. Again very well dressed and mannered. Very attentive while we placed our orders and accomadating. The salad bar was closed so we were offered a second side free for the, very minor, inconvenience. Our order came out in a very timely manner and was delicious. My fiance ordered the Jalapeno Ranch Burger with fries. Both of which were cooked perfectly. I had the Grilled Lemon Peppered Chicken dinner. Again the Chicken was flavorful and juicy the mashed potatoes were creamy and the fries seasoned. The restaurant is extremely clean and has a peacfull environment. Never felt rushed. Never experienced a long wait. Drinks were refilled promptly. Overall it was just a pleasant experience and We will deffantly be returning if we're in the area again. Amazing! ”
“ I don't expect much of anything from truck stops this close to a chocolate city, but this is a clear exception. Thr food was great and was served quickly, my waitress was polite and attentive. The Country Pride and TA seem to be well managed. Everything seems to be kept clean and in working order. Lot has plenty of parking and is well lit. I know some of you will complain about having to spend money to park here, but if parking was free, there'd be broken down trucks and dropped trailers everywhere. You'd never be able to find a spot. A safe, convenient place to park, a good meal, and a hot shower. What more can you ask for? 4.5 stars. I'm rounding up to 5 for a great overall experience in a location where you certainly would not expect it. ”

“ Their Smash Burger was simply awesome! It was the best burger that I have had in memory. Tasty beef properly grilled with little crunchy bits. Nice bun that also was grilled a bit. I liked the fries, too. I followed Google Maps there, and it was worth the trip! ”
